基于生产过程的多规格不锈钢管自动封箱装置设计
Design of Automatic Box Folding Device for Multi-specification Stainless Steel Pipes Based on Production Process

Abstract
Aiming at the packaging requirements of six kinds of stainless steel pipes with different specifications and enterprises,in order to realize the automatic packaging efficiency of 3~6 cases/min,an automatic box sealing device is designed,which is composed of five parts:box clamping mechanism,carton snapping device,box folding device,jack-up mechanism and frame.By analyzing the structural characteristics and working principle of each mechanism,the movement process of box clamping mechanism,carton snapping device and box folding device is expounded,with emphasis on the analysis of folding.Practice proves that the structure design of the sealing device is reasonable,the overall operation is stable and reliable,the product packaging speed meets the production requirements,the number of workers required by a single production line is reduced,the traditional manual packaging method is changed,the production efficiency is improved,the production cost is reduced,and it has good promotion value.关键词
