闭式线型静电纺丝工艺参数对纳米纤维形貌影响分析
Analysis of the Influence of Closed Linear Electrospinning Process Parameters on Nanofiber Morphology

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low yield,needle clogging and solvent volatilization,a closed linear electrospinning device is designed.The effects of four process parameters of working voltage,spinning distance,rotation speed and polymer solution concentration on the morphology of PVDF nanofibers are studied,and a multiple regression model of process parameters and nanofiber diameter is established by the response surface method,and the influence of these four process parameters on the diameter of nanofibers is evaluated.The mean diameter(MFD)of nanofibers obtained by univariate experiments is 84.99~233.65 nm,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 29.28%~38.98%.The results show that under certain conditions,PVDF nanofiber MFD is significantly affected by the concentration of polymer solution and spinning distance,but not by the working voltage and rotation speed.PVDF nanofiber MFD increases with the increase of solution concentration,working voltage and rotation speed,and decreases with the increase of spinning distance.It is concluded that the influence of the above four factors on PVDF nanofiber MFD is sorted from largest to smallest:polymer solution concentration,spinning distance,nozzle speed and working voltage.关键词
