摘要

Abstract

The material of selective laser sintering plays a key role in the molded parts.Cotton stalk/PES composite powder is used to carry out laser sintering experiments using desktop-class selective laser sintering machine equipment.Laser sintering experiments are carried out with different composition ratios to observe the cross-section microstructure of the molded parts,analyze their microscopic properties,and conduct mechanical property tests to analyze the effects of different composition ratios on mechanical properties.Laser sintering experiments are carried out with different laser powers and mechanical property tests are performed to analyze the effects of different laser powers on the mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of the molded parts.The results show that with the increase of the mass fraction of cotton stalk powder,the inner hole of the laser sintered molded parts increases,the sintered neck decreases,and the tensile strength and bending strength of the molded parts gradually decrease.With the increase of laser power,the mechanical properties of the molded parts are enhanced,the tensile strength and bending strength are gradually increased,and the dimensional accuracy decreased.The effect of laser power in the Z-axis direction is much larger than that in the X-and Y-axis directions.
