Design of Visual Sorting Training System for Industrial Robot
摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of integrated training of industrial robot and machine vision system,a lightweight visual host computer system is designed,including system control module,real-time display module,image processing module and network communication module.The system control module includes camera parameters and system parameter settings.The real-time display module includes a camera real-time image monitor,communication logs and standard template display.The image processing module is responsible for image acquisition,ROI segmentation,angle calculation and digital recognition,it can calculates the rotation angle based on AKAZE feature matching and RANSAC optimization algorithm,and uses KNN algorithm to identify the number printed on the workpieces.The network communication module uses visual host computer software as socket communication server,the results of"color,angle,number"of the workpiece will be sent to the ABB industrial robot via Ethernet communication.The visual sorting test results show that the visual system has high recognition efficiency and stability for workpieces with different colors and numbers.The training system can meet the training requirements of automation majors and cultivate students'engineering practice ability and innovation ability.关键词
