空载功率法测量电梯平衡系数原理及应用OA
The Principle and Application of Measuring Elevator Balance Coefficient Using No-load Power Method
对功率法进行过程推导并修正相关理论,揭示了功率法测电梯平衡系数的原理,可为后续设计研发空载法测电梯平衡系数仪器设备提供理论依据.另外,采用型号为NICE3000new的变频器测试了一台曳引驱动乘客电梯的平衡系数,发现空载功率法所测值与砝码称重法所得平衡系数值基本一致,可行性较高.对于无法满足直接读取电梯平衡系数的老旧电梯,可根据经验推导公式进行计算,具有一定的实用和参考价值.
The process derivation of the power method is carried out,and the relevant theories are revised,the principle of measuring elevator balance coefficient using power method has been revealed,which can provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent design and development of no-load method measuring elevator balance coefficient instruments.In addition,a NICE3000new frequency converter is used to test the balance coefficient of a traction driven passenger elevator,it is found that the value measured by the no-load power method is basically consistent with the balance coefficient value obtained by the weight weighing method.For old elevators that cannot directly read the elevator balance coefficient,formulas can be derived based on experience for calculation,which has certain reference value.
