基于PLC的订单识别与包装入库系统设计OA

Design of the Order Identification and Packaging Warehousing System Based on PLC

针对生产企业的实际发展需求,从系统方案出发,利用西门子S7-1200 系列PLC,研究订单识别、配料与包装入库系统,主要实现对工件的加工、配料、检测、包装、入库等环节的控制过程.采用TIA Portal软件对系统进行硬件组态、软件编程、监控界面仿真.利用相关传感器实现对工件位置、高度等信号的采集,并通过PLC对运输电机、阀门等执行器实现传输、上色等过程控制.采用工业高频RFID读写器对包装后的工件进行识别、记录,并采用相关协议实现PC机、控制器、RFID通信.利用WINCC进行模拟仿真调试,验证程序可靠性,完成工件的加工、配料、检测、包装、入库等环节的控制过程.其创新之处在于采用Modbus TCP通信实现PLC对PC机上的订单信息进行识别,通过订单信息对多种颜料进行配比,实现智能配料的过程.

Aiming at the actual development needs of production enterprises,starting from the system scheme,using Siemens S7-1200 series PLC,the order identification,batching and packaging storage system is design,including the workpiece processing,batching,testing,packaging,storage and other aspects of the control process.TIA Portal software is used for hardware configuration,software programming,monitoring interface simulation of the system.Relevant sensors are used to achieve signal acquisition,and through the PLC to transport motor,valves and other actuators to achieve transmission,color and other processes.The industrial high frequency RFID reader is used to identify and record the packaged work piece,and the relevant protocol is used to achieve PC,controller,RFID communication.Using WINCC simulation debugging,verify the reliability of the program,complete the workpiece processing,batching,testing,packaging,storage and other links of the control process.The innovation of this paper lies in the use of Modbus TCP communication to realize PLC to recognize the order information on the PC,through the order information to match a variety of pigments,to realize the intelligent batching process.
