Design of the Order Identification and Packaging Warehousing System Based on PLC
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the actual development needs of production enterprises,starting from the system scheme,using Siemens S7-1200 series PLC,the order identification,batching and packaging storage system is design,including the workpiece processing,batching,testing,packaging,storage and other aspects of the control process.TIA Portal software is used for hardware configuration,software programming,monitoring interface simulation of the system.Relevant sensors are used to achieve signal acquisition,and through the PLC to transport motor,valves and other actuators to achieve transmission,color and other processes.The industrial high frequency RFID reader is used to identify and record the packaged work piece,and the relevant protocol is used to achieve PC,controller,RFID communication.Using WINCC simulation debugging,verify the reliability of the program,complete the workpiece processing,batching,testing,packaging,storage and other links of the control process.The innovation of this paper lies in the use of Modbus TCP communication to realize PLC to recognize the order information on the PC,through the order information to match a variety of pigments,to realize the intelligent batching process.关键词
