摘要

Abstract

Electrostatic discharge(ESD)is an important factor leading to malfunction or even failure of electronic products.About 10%of the probability will cause instant failure of electronic products,and 90%of the probability will become a hidden danger,seriously affecting the operation reliability of the product.In order to prevent electronic products from being damaged by static electricity,measures to reduce the harm of static electricity to electronic products and methods to prevent electrostatic interference are given from the production process,R&D and design of electronic products.First,the principle of static electricity and the mode of conduction are introduced,and the reasons why static electricity accumulates on electronic products are explained.Then the main factors of static electricity generation are given,and the main factors of static electricity generation during the production and use of electronic products are elaborated.Cases are given to analyze static electricity hazards and consequences.Finally,corresponding prevention,control and design protection measures from the design,production to use of products are proposed.The paper provides reference for electrostatic protection of electronic products from production,design to use.
