Abstract

In order to improve the fine management level of domestic waste incineration power plant,starting from the control of slag ignition loss,the data of ignition loss of a domestic waste incineration(grate furnace)project in Yiwu are collected through three influencing factors:the detection method of thermal reduction rate,the calorific value of waste and the stability of combustion,and the data are analyzed by control variable method and data regression analysis method,and the analysis results are compared.The results show that the sampling location of the detection method should be selected on the slag conveying equipment or its end slag falling part,and the mean value of the ignition loss at this sampling location is 1.49%lower than that of the slag pit sampling,the calorific value of the garbage is negatively correlated with the ignition loss,the calorific value in2021 is973.459 kJ/kg higher than that in 2020,and the ignition loss decreases by 0.68%,the steam evaporation fluctuation rate is positively correlated with the ignition loss,and the difference between the highest and lowest points of the evaporation fluctuation rate is1.32%.There is a positive correlation between the ignition loss and the proportion of combustion anomalies,and the ignition loss is 2.4%higher than that at the lowest when the anomalies accounted for the largest proportion.This study is helpful to improve the level of control of ignition loss of domestic waste grate grate furnace slag,and opens up the idea of fine management of domestic waste incineration power plant.
