Abstract
Based on the problems of high noise,high energy consumption,high maintenance intensity and high cost of desulfurization and oxidation fans in thermal power generation industry,this paper analyzes the feasibility of application of magnetic levitation blower in desulfurization and oxidation process in thermal power generation industry.By comparing the characteristics,performance and maintenance of existing oxidation fans,it is found that maglev blower has advantages of energy saving,noise,daily maintenance and intelligent control in desulfurization and oxidation process of thermal power generation,and has a good market application prospect.In the application case of maglev blower replacing traditional oxidation fan,maglev blower saves 20.1%energy and 19 dB(A-weighted)of noise compared with single-stage centrifugal blower under the same air volume,saves 32.5%energy and reduces 22 dB(A-weighted)of noise under the same process effect,and realizes intelligent control and unattended,reducing labor intensity.It improves the energy efficiency of thermal power generation and reduces pollution emissions,thus promoting the sustainable development of the thermal power generation industry.The application of this technology provides innovative technical solutions for energy saving and carbon reduction in the thermal power generation industry.关键词
