Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of Different Varieties of Asparagus Based on Principal Component Analysis and Membership Function Analysis

为建立一种基于不同芦笋品种的综合评价方法,以4个芦笋品种为研究对象,对不同品种芦笋的品质指标进行了综合评价,利用主成分分析法和模糊数学隶属函数法对16个品质指标进行了分析.结果表明:主成分分析中2个主成分的累积贡献率达87.687%,其包含了芦笋品质指标的大部分信息;结合相关性分析和聚类分析,将16个品质指标简化为蛋白质、芦丁、皂苷、Mn、Se、Ca、Fe、Na、K、Zn等10个关键指标,并对关键指标进行了隶属函数分析和排名,该分析结果与主成分综合评价函数的结果一致;4个芦笋品种的综合品质排序依次为井冈红>井冈111>鲁芦笋1号>特利龙.

To establish a comprehensive evaluation method for different varieties of Asparagus,the 4 varieties of Asparagus were taken as research objects,and the quality indexes of different varieties of Asparagus were evaluated comprehensively.Principal component analysis and fuzzy mathematical membership function method were used to analyze 16 quality indicators.The results showed that the cumulative contribution rate of 2 principal components was 87.687%,which contained most of the information of Asparagus quality indicators.Combined with the correlation analysis and cluster analysis,16 quality indicators were simplified into 10 key indicators including protein,rutin,saponins,Mn,Se,Ca,Fe,Na,K,and Zn.The membership function analysis and ranking were performed,and the analysis results were consistent with the results obtained from the principal component comprehensive evaluation function.The order of the overall quality was Jinggang Red>Jinggang 111>Lu Asparagus No 1>Telilon.
