基于主成分分析和隶属函数法对不同品种芦笋品质的综合评价
Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of Different Varieties of Asparagus Based on Principal Component Analysis and Membership Function Analysis

Abstract
To establish a comprehensive evaluation method for different varieties of Asparagus,the 4 varieties of Asparagus were taken as research objects,and the quality indexes of different varieties of Asparagus were evaluated comprehensively.Principal component analysis and fuzzy mathematical membership function method were used to analyze 16 quality indicators.The results showed that the cumulative contribution rate of 2 principal components was 87.687%,which contained most of the information of Asparagus quality indicators.Combined with the correlation analysis and cluster analysis,16 quality indicators were simplified into 10 key indicators including protein,rutin,saponins,Mn,Se,Ca,Fe,Na,K,and Zn.The membership function analysis and ranking were performed,and the analysis results were consistent with the results obtained from the principal component comprehensive evaluation function.The order of the overall quality was Jinggang Red>Jinggang 111>Lu Asparagus No 1>Telilon.关键词
