Abstract
In recent years,some prefectural and municipal governments successively launch relevant files of promoting an architect responsibility system.How to clarify self-positioning during reforms and achieve effective transformation will be an issue that traditional design institutes may face.Project supervision exists as an engineering management system for a long time in China.In the context of an architect responsibility system,an architect team should make full use of inherent characteristics and advantages of project supervision on one hand;and on the other hand,they need to also organically combine project supervision to complement their own deficiencies in construction quality management,etc.This study starts with the practice of project supervision in engineering and combines general situations of construction site management by construction units.On this basis,it is suggested that an architect team is able to effectively manage construction units and on-site construction activities via a supervising engineer.Besides,the architect-supervising engineer combination mode was explored through multi-angle analysis with an aim to define an optimal mode for their combination.In this way,it is expected that an architect team is capable of construction site management within the shortest time.关键词
