高隔离三端口选通网络的研究与设计
Research and design on high-isolation three-port attenuation network
摘要
Abstract
With the development of spaceborne synthetic aperture radar(SAR)technology,the requirement for isolation degree and lightweight is getting higher and higher.In order to meet the requirements of SAR,the LTCC(low temperature co-fired ceramic)substrate cavity structure and micro-assembly technology are used to de-sign a novel high-isolation three-port gating network,so as to achieve the calibration function of SAR.The test re-sults show that the port isolation degree is better than 105 dB,and the amplitude flatness of 1 GHz bandwidth channel is less than 1 dB,which meets the design requirements.关键词
