Abstract
For the digital transformation needs of the military electronics industry,the digital transformation of the military electronics industry is carried out from five aspects:R&D digitization,manufacturing digitization,service digitization,management digitization and construction of informatization infrastructure.That is to build a digital R&D platform based on MBSE(model-based systems engineering),advance the deepening and implemen-tation of intelligent manufacturing and digital workshops,achieve the whole life of equipment,integrated service guarantee,improve data-driven lean management and decision-making capabilities,and promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of scientific research,production and operation management.Finally,three thoughts on the digital transformation of military electronics industry are presented.关键词
