Promoting the Modernization of the Data Security System:Risks,Challenges and Implementation Path

Abstract
[Research purpose]Data security is an important and emerging field of overall national security,and data security is related to the maintenance and shaping of overall national security.Differance and regularity are the main characteristics of data security.In the era of big data,promoting the modernization of data security system is crucial to ensuring data security,promoting data development and utilization,and safeguarding national sovereignty,security and development interests.At present,China's data security is also facing risks and challenges such as data leakage,data sovereignty infringement,data hegemony,and data cross-border flow.[Research method]By combing the connotation,requirements and realization path of promoting the modernization of the national security system in the Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the article applies it to the field of data security,explores the path of promoting the modernization of the data security system,and forms a systematic data security system.[Research conclusion]To promote the modernization of the data security system,we must unswervably implement the overall national security outlook,improve the efficient and authoritative data security leadership system,improve the data security rule of law system,strategic system,policy system,risk monitoring and early warning system,and emergency management system,building an all-domain linkage,three-dimensional and efficient data security protection system.关键词
