Technology Transfer for the Cultivation of New Quality Productivity:Context Paradigm and Practical Approach

Abstract
The cultivation of new quality productivity hinges on driving industrial innovation and leapfrogging through technological innovation.Among these,how to accelerate the technology transfer under a new paradigm to expedite the cultivation of new quality productivity has become a crucial topic for advancing high-quality development.However,existing research and practices have not substantially broken through traditional linear paradigms,making it difficult to effectively overcome the prominent bottlenecks restricting transformation.Based on the new mission and requirements of new quality productivity cultivation on the technology transfer,and based on the theory of national innovation system and context-driven innovation,this study proposes a new paradigm of enterprise-led,context-driven technology transfer.It further combines the practical exploration of Tencent to summarize and refine the practical approach of context-driven technology transfer.Ultimately,the research advocates for the importance of the context-driven technology transfer paradigm,the establishment of enterprise-led innovation consortia,the deepening of the integration of five chains empowered by digital elements,the commitment to nurturing talent for the technology transfer,and the improvement of the relevant institutional environment,so as to accelerate the efficient technology transfer in a context-driven manner and accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity.关键词
