Abstract
Taking the A-share manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2015 to 2020 as a sample,this paper empirically examines the impact of dynamic innovation capability on enterprise performance from three dimensions:dynamic innovation input capacity,dynamic innovation output capability and dynamic innovation transformation ability.On this basis,the regulating role of corporate social responsibility in dynamic innovation ability and enterprise performance is explored.The results show that dynamic innovation input ability,dynamic innovation output ability and dynamic innovation transformation ability all have a significant positive impact on enterprise performance.Corporate social responsibility can enhance the ability of dynamic innovation input,dynamic innovation output and dynamic innovation transformation to promote enterprise performance.This study provides a dynamic perspective for the internal innovation activities of enterprises,and also provides experience and enlightenment for enterprises to assume social responsibility,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.关键词
