机器人辅助下立体定向穿刺与开颅血肿清除治疗高血压脑出血的疗效比较
A comparative study on the efficacy of robot-assisted stereotac-tic puncture and craniotomy hematoma removal in the treatment of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of robot-assisted stereotactic puncture with craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive intracranial hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of 60 patients with HICH treated by robotic-assisted stereotactic puncture from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the obser-vation group,and 60 with HICH treated with craniotomy hematoma removal during the same period selected as the control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hematoma clearance rate,hospitalization time,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score,National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,modified rankin scale(mRS)score,activity of daily living scale(ADL)grade and complications rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hematoma clearance rate in the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05).The GCS score at 1 week after operation and mRS score at 3 months after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the NIHSS score at 1 week and 3 months after operation in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05);the good prognosis rate of ADL grade at 3 months after operation in the observa-tion group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Robot-assisted stereotactic puncture in the treatment of HICH has a definite effect,less trauma and few complications,thus being worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
