胃肠道手术ERAS指南/共识质量评价及内容分析
Quality evaluation and content analysis of ERAS guidelines/consensus in gastrointestinal surgery

Abstract
Objective To evaluate and analyze the guidelines/consensus on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in gastrointestinal surgery,and to select the recommended high-quality guidelines/consensus,so as to provide a decision-making basis for the clinical practice of ERAS.Methods We retrieved information from PubMed,Embase,Wanfang,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,other databases and other websites related to the guidelines/consensus.Guidelines/consensus for ERAS in gastrointestinal surgery were included from the establishment of the databases to July 2023.appraisal of guidelines for research and evaluationⅡand reporting items for practice guidelines in healthcare were used to evaluate the quality of the included guidelines/consensus.Recommended high-quality guidelines/consensus were analyzed and recommendations made.Results 8 guidelines and 13 consensuses were included in the study.Based on appraisal of guidelines for research and evaluationⅡ,the standardization of quality evaluation in six fields of average scores was made,respectively for scope and purpose 64.22%±14.47%,participants 29.68%±15.43%,preciseness of for-mulation 30.26%±18.76%,clarity of expres sion 73.68%±19.06%,applicability 10.05%±11.39%and editorial independence 54.46%±36.58%,of which 3 guidelines are recommended for use.Based on the reporting items for practice guidelines in healthcare,guidelines/consensus have serious loss report(report rate<10%)in the fields of guideline background,evidence and recommendations.Based on the three recommended guidelines,24 recommendations containing preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative sections were summarized.Conclusion The quality of the included guidelines/consensus on ERAS in gastrointes tinal surgery is uneven.3 guidelines could be recommended for clinical reference.关键词
