摘要

Abstract

Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is common in myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia,having a high incidence,high mortality and insufficient prevention and treatment measures.Actively exploring the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury has been a focus of clinical research.In the past five years,new progress has been made in the study of drugs that can reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and the mechanisms.This article focused on the experimental research and clini-cal observation of drugs in the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by in-hibiting ferroptosis,apoptosis,necroptosis,pyrosis,oxidative stress and calcium overload and regulating autophagy,endoplasmic reticulum stress and energy metabolism,and also the latest achievements in the pre-vention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by nanotechnology and intracoronary drug administration in the past five years,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
