以快速康复理念为指导的整体优化康复训练对老年肌少症全髋关节置换患者康复效果的影响
Impact of Overall Optimized Rehabilitation Training Guided by the Con-cept of Rapid Rehabilitation on the Rehabilitation Effect of Elderly Patients with Sarcopenia Undergoing Total Hip Replacement

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of overall optimized rehabilitation training guided by the concept of rap-id rehabilitation on the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with sarcopenia undergoing total hip replacement.Methods A total of 126 elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement for sarcopenia treated from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected and divided into research group(n=63)and conventional group(n=63)according to random number table method.The conventional group was given conventional intervention,and the research group was given overall optimized rehabilitation train-ing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation.Rehabilitation indexes,lung capacity,dominant handgrip strength,short physical performance battery(SPPB),hip function[Harris Hip Function Scale(Harris)],negative emotions,self-manage-ment ability,ability of daily living(ADL)and visual analog scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The first time of off-bed activity,food intake,anal exhaust and length of hospitalization in the research group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P＜0.01).The lung capacity,dominant handgrip strength,SPPB score,Harris score and self-management ability of the research group were higher than those of the conventional group at 1 and 6 months af-ter surgery,while the scores of negative emotion,ADL were lower than those of the conventional group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).On the day of discharge and at 1 month after surgery,VAS scores[(2.03±0.31)and(0.75±0.21)points]in the re-search group were lower than those in the conventional group[(3.14±0.35)and(1.26±0.39)points](P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion The overall optimized rehabilitation training guided by the concept of rapid rehabilitation can promote the rehabilitation of elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement for sarcopenia,improve dominant handgrip strength and lung function after surgery,regulate the emotional state of patients,promote the recovery of physical function and hip function,and improve the self-management ability and ADL of patients.关键词
