Research Progress on MRI Quantitative Analysis and Radiomics in Evalua-ting Extra-mural Vascular Invasion in Rectal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
At present,the identification of extra-mural vascular invasion(EMVI)is still a major challenge in the di-agnosis and treatment of rectal cancer.The presence of EMVI is usually assessed by the morphological differences of extra-mu-ral vessels in the rectum,but this method is uncertain.Currently,MRI is the main imaging method for preoperative prediction of EMVI.Conventional MRI scanning,quantitative analysis of functional MRI and radiomics can comprehensively understand the essence and morphologic information of EMVI,effectively improve the efficiency of diagnosis of EMVI,and help to better assist clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy formulation,thus paving the way for the clinical transformation of imaging stud-ies.This paper reviews the progress of the evaluation of EMVI using qualitative and quantitative parameters of conventional MRI,functional MRI and radiomics.关键词
