Research on Innovation Path of Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements:Taking Lishui as an Example

Abstract
In recent years,Lishui has taken the pilot work of"transfer payment"for scientific and technological achievements as an opportunity to deepen the work mechanism through the whole chain,build a physical innovation platform with full coverage,establish a special carrier for transformation of achievements in all aspects,optimize the innovation ecology throughout the process,establish a mechanism of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,which is guided by enterprise demand,and innovate to form the"Zhe Li transformation"path of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,which is represented by promoting the use of"use before transformation".The paper summarizes the effectiveness of the implementation of the"Zhe Li transformation",and also points out the current problems such as insufficient supply,weak motivation of scientific researchers,inaccurate positioning of scientific and technological intermediary markets,and weak industrial incubation capabilities in transformation of scientific and technological achievements.It recommends to promote the integration and symbiosis of the industry chain,technology chain and talent chain,deepen the integration reform of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,improve the system and mechanism of scientific and technological intermediary services,and accelerate deep teamwork of industry,university and institute,thus providing scientific and technological support for the high-quality development of the regional economy and society.关键词
