职业认同对社区社会工作者主观幸福感的影响
The Influence of Professional Identity of Community Social Workers on Subjective Well-being:An Empirical Study Based on B City
摘要
Abstract
The physical and mental health and mental state of community social workers are easily influenced by the community environment and clients.Some social workers have job burnout,a low sense of professional identity and subjective well-being in their work,which leads to problems such as a brain drain of the profession.Based on the questionnaire survey of community social workers in B city,this paper explores the influence of professional identity on subjective well-being from four dimensions:professional value identity,professional skills identity,professional cognitive identity and professional autonomy.The study finds that there is a positive correlation between professional identity and subjective well-being of community social workers.Among the four demensions,professional value identity has the greatest influence on subjective well-being,and professional cognitive identity has the least influence on subjective well-being.In order to enhance the professional identity of community social workers,the study proposes to enhance social workers'value identity through improving welfare guarantees,enhance their skills identity through carrying out training and supervision,strengthen their cognitive identity through ensuring the stability of work,give them the right of work discretion and guide their career planning to stimulate their work autonomy,thus enhancing their subjective well-being and promoting the development of social work.关键词
