摘要
Abstract
Grassroots cadres play an important role in the development of the cause of the Party.However,the problem of their mental health becomes increasingly serious currently.The mental health state of grassroots cadres directly affects the development of the cause of the Party and the improvement of their own quality.The study visits more than 30 villages and towns(streets)and more than 80 departments,and conducts questionnaire survey,qualitative interview with grassroots cadres.It deeply analyzes the emotional state of grassroots cadres,the influencing factors,the sources of stress,etc.And it proposes corresponding suggestions from the four levels of government,society,family and individuals to improve the mental health level of grassroots cadres,promote the establishment of a mature mental health service system for grassroots cadres,and promote the vigorous development of the cause of the Party.关键词
