基于ADAMS与有限元联合的露天矿破碎机仿真分析与优化
Simulation analysis and optimization of open-pit crusher based on ADAMS and finite element method

Abstract
In order to alleviate the fatigue damage of the main shaft and improve the life of the main shaft of the ring hammer crusher in the open-pit mine,this article takes the PCH1010 ring hammer crusher as the research object,carries out the dynamic simulation of the crushing process based on ADAMS,obtains the force data of the key parts.Based on the nominal stress method and the principle of fatigue cumulative damage,the article calculates fatigue life of the main shaft of the ring hammer crusher.Under the premise of ensuring the structural strength of the splint and the disc,the aticle optimizes and designs the structure of the disc and the splint,and reconstructes the main shaft assembly of the ring hammer crusher according to the optimization results.The results indicate that the minimum number of cycles of the reconstructed ring hammer crusher spindle is 5.6×109 times,the fatigue life is increased by 60%,and the spindle assembly is significantly improved in terms of operational stability.关键词
