Abstract
In order to avoid the damage of the cooling system of MT5500 mine truck's rear axle caused by over-current and over-voltage,the mine reforms the cooling system of MT5500 mine truck's rear axle,and changes the existing scheme that the three-phase winding of the main generator was directly connected with the cooling fan,and adds a fan between the three-phase winding of the main generator and the cooling fan to control the inverter to stabilize the voltage and frequency of the cooling motor.The results show that after one-year trial operation on the MT5500 dump truck,the improved cooling system works well and greatly reduces the failure rate of the MT5500 rear axle cooling system,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the vehicle.关键词
