Abstract
In order to reduce the hydraulic oil system pollution and steering system failure caused by the airbag damage of the accumulator of a mining dump truck,the article analyzes the internal structure,working principle and role of the airbag accumulator in the truck steering hydraulic system,as well as the pollution of the hydraulic system caused by the airbag accumulator damage.The article proposes the necessity of installing a filter device in the oil path between the truck steering system and the accumulator.The results show that after the installing filter device of 730E truck steering system,the steering system can effectively avoid the pollution of the hydraulic oil system caused by the damage of the accumulator airbag,and at the same time,secondary purification of the hydraulic system,reducing truck steering system failures,saving maintenance costs.关键词
