Abstract
In the light of the characteristics and problems of Pingshuo group,such as poor quality of raw coal,heavy assets of the enterprise,single main production process,long investment time of equipment,etc.,this article probes into the cut-in point of industrial financial integration in large coal enterprises under the premise of high quality and continuity based on industry financial integration management idea and method,and discusses the working mode and method of industrial financial integration,and realizes enterprise fine management and value creation.关键词
