基于多准则模型的棉纤维评价研究OACSTPCD
Study on cotton fiber evaluation based on multi-criteria model
为了实现大容量纤维检测指标在棉纤维评价中的合理应用,为后续的配棉工作提供参考,建立一个基于试验设计(DoE)方法的棉纤维品质评价模型.首先随机抽取1 000个棉花样本,通过CRITIC权重法为棉纤维的品质指标赋予不同权重,以TOPSIS得分作为输出变量构建试验方案,按照试验方案进行两水平部分因子试验建立评价模型;最后对所构建评价模型的拟合程度与残差进行分析,再将此模型与SCI、FQI、MIAHP三种模型的相关性进行讨论.结果表明:马克隆值×断裂比强度、断裂比强度×杂质颗粒数×杂质面积率、上半部平均长度×断裂比强度×杂质面积率的多因子交互作用对棉纤维品质有着显著影响;此模型与现有评价模型有着较好的一致性.所构建的棉纤维品质评价模型可实现对棉纤维品质的定量评价.
In order to realize the reasonable application of high-capacity fiber detection index in cotton fiber evaluation and provide references for subsequent cotton blending,a cotton fiber quality evaluation model based on experimental design(DoE)method was established.Firstly,1 000 cotton samples were randomly selected,and the quality index of cotton fiber was given different weights by CRITIC weight method.The TOPSIS score was used as the output variable to construct an experimental plan.Two level partial factor experiments were conducted according to the experimental plan to establish an evaluation model.Finally,the fitting degree and residual of the constructed evaluation model were analyzed,then the correlation among this model and three models including SCI,FQI,and MIAHP were discussed.The results showed that the multi-factor interaction of micronaire value×breaking tenacity,breaking tenacity×number of impurity particle×impurity area ratio,upper half mean length×breaking tenacity×impurity area ratio had significant influences on cotton fiber quality.This model had a better consistency with the existing evaluation model.The cotton fiber quality evaluation model could be realized by the quantitative evaluation model of cotton fiber quality.
