长丝集束性的图像法评价及应用OACSTPCD
Evaluation and application of filament bundling by image method
针对目前暂无客观的长丝纤维集束性能评价方法,运用计算机视觉技术进行检测,提出用横截面上纤维填充率与轮廓圆形度客观评价集束性的方法.采用热熔胶均匀包裹纱线方式制作纤维横向切片,在超景深显微镜下获取横截面图像,统计同根纱线多段横截面的纤维填充率和轮廓圆形度,以正态分布规律评价其集束性变化;根据在一定摩擦条件下纤维集束性的变化情况,研究长丝在织造工艺中耐磨性能的表征方法.该方法提供了客观的纤维集束性能评价指标,也可作为客观评价长丝耐磨性的补充指标.
In view of lacking objective evaluation method for filament fiber bunching performance,the computer vision technology was used to detect it.A method with fiber filling rate and roundness of contour in the cross section to evaluate bundling performance was put forward.The fiber cross section was made by using hot melt adhesive to cover the yarn evenly.And the cross-section image was obtained under the ultra-depth of field microscope.The filling rate and the roundness of the profile of the multi-section cross section of the same yarn were calculated.The bundling performance change was evaluated with normal distribution rule.According to the change of fiber bunching performance under certain friction conditions,the characterization method of abrasion resistance for filaments in weaving process was studied.Objective indexes to evaluate the performance of fiber bundles were provided by the method.It could be used as a supplementary index to evaluate the abrasion resistance of filament.
