双弹性和单弹性锭子振动性能研究
Study on vibration performance of double elastic spindle and single elastic spindle
摘要
Abstract
In order to accurately grasp the vibration performance of double elastic spindle,comparative study was performed with traditional single elastic spindle.Three groups of double elastic and single elastic spindles with different supporting stiffness of upper bearing were prepared.The influence change rule of aluminum bushing,polished rod,jigger and spindle belt force on the amplitude of different parts of spindles were analyzed and summarized.The results showed that the amplitude of double elastic spindle with aluminum bushing or polished rod at high speed was increased slightly compared with single elastic spindle.But the amplitude of the spindle end for double elastic aluminum bushing spindle with jigger wass obviously smaller than that of the corresponding single elastic spindle.The spindle force had no significant effect on the amplitude of the spindle end of different types of spindles.It is considered that the vibration performance of double elastic spindle with jigger is better than that of single elastic spindle at high speed.关键词
