数字乡村赋能农民主体性提升的突破路径
Pathes for Empowering Farmers to Enhance Their Subjectivity in Digital Countryside
摘要
Abstract
In the new era of rural revitalization,it is necessary to form a community of interests with the concept of"protective"urban-rural development,and to use external factors to protect and stimulate the subjectivity of endogenous farmers is an important implication.As a key variable in accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,digital rural areas should empower farmers.On the basis of summarizing the structural framework of digital rural areas from policy texts and academic discourse,following the Pareto optimality principle,five aspects of digital rural areas are clearly defined,which precisely empower"external and internal"farmers through"solid foundation,quality optimization,incentive for farmers,factor supply,and good rural governance".关键词
