基于三维质量结构理论的ICU护理人文关怀质量评价指标体系的构建

Abstract
Objective To construct a humanistic care quality evaluation index system of ICU nursing,and provide evaluation tools for the standardization and normalization of humanistic care service of ICU nursing.Methods Based on the three-dimensional quality structure theory of"structure-process-result",indicators were identified through literature research,semi-structured interviews,and Delphi method to develop the evaluation index system.Results The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert inquiry was both 100％,and the authority coefficient of the experts was 0.915 and 0.948 respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.414 and 0.415,respectively(all P＜0.01).The final humanistic care quality evaluation index system consisted of 3 first-level,14 secondary-level,and 54 third-level indicators.Consistency test showed that consistency ratio for indicators at all levels was less than 0.100.Conclusion The humanistic care quality evaluation index system of ICU nursing constructed in this study is reasonable and practical,and can provide reference for the evaluation of humanistic care quality provided by ICU nurses.关键词
