基于离散选择实验的"互联网+手法排乳"患者偏好研究
Patients'preferences for internet-based sharing nursing service of breast massage based on discrete choice experiment

Abstract
Objectives To survey the preferences for and demand of Internet-Based Sharing Nursing Service on Breast Massage(IBSNS-BM)in patients with acute mastitis and hypogalactia.Methods A discrete choice experiment was conducted on patients with acute mastitis and hypogalactia,and the mixed-logit model was constructed to elicit patients'preferences,estimate their willingness to pay,and analyze the relative importance of IBSNS-BM.Results Totally 97％of the patients were willing to receive IBSNS-BM.While the patients with acute mastitis and hypogalactia preferred services that cost 200 yuan RMB.For homecare services rated 5-star on the platform,with nurse's working experience＞10 years,home visit within 30 minutes,strong regulatory oversight,providing health education and follow-ups,with two nurses visiting together,patients are respectively willing to pay additional 288.2 RMB,151.7 RMB,151.7 RMB,125.2 RMB,74.8 RMB,62.6 RMB,36.6 RMB;the relative importance ranking of different service attributes was:service fee＞nurse qualifications＞service rating＞home visit speed＞service safety assurance＞hospital/third-party regulatory oversight＞health education and follow-up.Conclusion Patients with acute mastitis or hypogalactia are in great need of IBSNS-BM.It is recommended to optimize the allocation of nursing resources,promote the implementation of IBSNS-BM to help more applicable groups gain more health benefits.关键词
