广西亚热带植物根际促生菌的筛选、鉴定及促生作用研究
Screening and identification of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria and its growth promoting effects in subtropical region in Guangxi

Abstract
[Objectives]The paper was aimed to isolate a variety of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)from plant rhizosphere soil and clarify their growth-promoting characteristics and disease-resistant effects.[Methods]PGPR strains with characteristics of nitrogen fixation,ammonia production,phosphorus solubilization,potassium solubilization,indole acetic acid(IAA)secretion,siderophore production and protease production were screened from plant rhizosphere soil.Then the strains were identified by 16S rRNA.In addition,antibacterial activities against Bipolaris sorokiniana,Fusarium gramiuearum,Plectosphaerella cucumerina,Colletotrichum musae,Alternaria alternate and Fusarium oxysporum were determined,and the growth promoting effect of strains on plants were also tested by pot experiment.[Results]A total of 191 strains of bacteria were isolated from plant rhizosphere soil,including 171 strains of nitrogen-fixing and ammonia-producing bacteria,66 strains of organophosphorous solubilizing bacteria,62 strains of inorganic phosphorolytic solubilizing bacteria,28 strains of potassium solubilizing bacteria,98 strains of siderophore producing bacteria,41 strains of IAA producing bacteria and 45 strains of protease producing bacteria.Antimicrobial experiments showed that Bacillus velezensis C32 exhibited strong antibacterial activity against six kinds of pathogenic bacteria,and the inhibition rate was generally more than 50%.The results of pot experiment showed that a high-yielding IAA strain,Enterobacter chuandaensis 0208,had the most significant growth promotion effect on tomato and maize.Compared with the control group,plant height,stem diameter,root length,fresh weight of overground and underground part of potted maize increased by 21.49%,19.35%,42.98%,19.58%and 56.67%,and the increase of potted tomato was 53.51%,14.90%,12.28%,43.12%and 48.62%,respectively.[Conclusions]Several strains with efficient growth promotion and disease prevention functions were screened from the plant rhizosphere soil of subtropical region in Guangxi,which could provide high-quality bacteria resources for the development of microbial fertilizers.关键词
