施氮对不同饲用燕麦品种延缓衰老的差异分析
Difference Analysis of Nitrogen Application on Anti-aging of Different Forage Oat Varieties

Abstract
In order to explore the response of leaf senescence characteristics of different forage oat(Avena sativa)varieties to topdressing nitrogen fertilizer,10 main forage oat varieties were planted in Horchin Sandy Land,topdressing with 210 kg/hm2(N210)nitrogen fertilizer(N0),and taking no nitrogen fertilizer as control(N0),the chlorophyll content,activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured.The results showed that topdressing nitrogen fertilizer increased chlorophyll content,enhanced antioxidant enzyme activity and decreased malondialdehyde content of different forage oat varieties,the increase and decrease range of different forage oat varieties was quite different.Membership function analysis showed that the order of increasing anti-aging ability of different forage oat varieties by topdressing nitrogen fertilizer was Haymaker>Monica>Cayuse>Cayuse>Forage plus>Molasses>Baler>Qiangshou>Magnum>Sweetyan No.1;the correlation analysis showed that the increase of anti-aging ability of forage oats by topdressing nitrogen fertilizer was significantly positively correlated with the increase of SOD activity and chlorophyll content(P<0.01),significantly positively correlated with the increase of POD activity(P<0.05),and positively correlated with the decrease of MDA content and the increase of CAT enzyme activity,but not significantly.In conclusion,topdressing nitrogen fertilizer can increase the activities of SOD and POD enzymes,increase the content of chloroplast pigment and delay the senescence of forage oat leaves,and the variety difference is obvious.关键词
