铁酸钆纳米纤维的合成、结构及性能研究
Synthesis,Structure and Properties of GdFeO3 Nanofibers
摘要
Abstract
To further understand the application of GdFeO3,its electrochemical and magnetic properties have been researched.GdFeO3 nanofibers were produced by electrospinning and calcination method using gadolinium ni-trate and iron acetate as precursors.The crystal structure,vibration modes,microstructure,and chemical composition were investigated by X-ray diffraction pattern,Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy as well as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.GdFeO3 has perovskite orthorhombic structure with space group Pnmaand nanofibrous microstructure with large length-diameter ratio.The valence state of Gd is+3,and the main valence state of Fe is+3.Moreover,the electrochemical performance and magnetic properties were an-alyzed by electrochemical workstation and vibrating sample magnetometer.The specific capacitance of GdFeO3 is 119 F/g when the current density is 1 A/g.GdFeO3 presents irreversible magnetic phase transition and obvious mag-netic hysteresis at low temperature.关键词
