SCAMP2和SCAMP3在膀胱癌中的表达及意义
Expression and significance of secretory carrier membrane protein 2 and secretory carrier membrane protein 3 in bladder cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of secretory carrier membrane protein 2(SCAMP2)and secretory carrier membrane protein 3(SCAMP3)in bladder cancer(BC).Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression levels of SCAMP2 and SCAMP3 in 181 BC tissue samples and the corresponding adjacent tissue samples.Results The expression levels of SCAMP2 and SCAMP3 in BC tissue samples were significantly higher than those in adjacent tis-sue samples(X2=41.242,110.576;P＜0.001).The high expression of SCAMP2 was significantly associated with alcohol intake and a family history of cancer(X2=4.784,3.904;P＜0.05),while high SCAMP3 expression was significantly associated with inva-sive BC and a family history of cancer(X2=6.893,7.411;P＜0.05).The prognosis analysis showed that the expression of SCAMP2 and SCAMP3 was not associated with the prognosis of patients.Conclusion The high expression of SCAMP2 and SCAMP3 in BC tissue may be closely associated with the development and progression of BC,and therefore,they can be used as potential thera-peutic targets for BC.关键词
