基于HNRNPA2B1及其调控miRNAs构建肺腺癌TP53突变人群的预后模型
A prognostic model of TP53-mutated lung adenocarcinoma based on HNRNPA2B1 and its target miRNAs

Abstract
Objective To construct a prognostic model of TP53-mutated lung adenocarcinoma based on multi-omics data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,and to investigate the correlation between heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleo-protein A2/B1(HNRNPA2B1)and TP53-mutated lung adenocarcinoma.Methods We employed bioinformatics methods to collect the mutation data fromTCGA and the Gene Expression Omnibus to analyze the effects of TP53 mutation on the expression of HNRNPA2B1 and prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.The patients were randomly divided into training and valida-tion sets(7∶3).Potential HNRNPA2B1-regulated miRNAs were selectedfor modeling,generating a receiver operating characteris-tic(ROC)curve,and creating a nomogram for visualization.Results HNRNPA2B1 was significantly over expressed in TP53-mutated lung adenocarcinoma(P<0.001),and was significantly associated with a poor prognosis(P=0.031).Nine miRNAs re-gulated by HNRNPA2B1 and associated with prognosis were includedin the prognostic model,and the constructed nomogram had good discrimination and accuracy for the prognostic model(X2=9.443,P=0.306).Conclusion HNRNPA2B1 is positively as-sociated with TP53 mutation in lung adenocarcinoma.HNRNPA2B1-regulated miRNAs can be used to predict the prognosis of pa-tients with TP53-mutated lung adenocarcinoma.关键词
