血清硒蛋白P与类风湿关节炎的相关性
Association between serum selenoprotein P and rheumatoid arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the association between serum selenoprotein P and rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 96 patients with RA were enrolled as subjects(RA group),and according to the disease activity score,they were divided into stable RA group with 49 patients and active RA group with 47 patients;50 individuals who underwent physical examination during the same period of time were enrolled as control group.ELISA was used to measure the concentration of serum selenoprotein P.Results There was a significant difference in the concentration of serum selenoprotein P between the RA group and the control group(t=-7.169,P＜0.001),and there were significant differences between the stable RA group and the active RA group in the concentration of serum selenoprotein P(t=-4.964,P＜0.001),C-reactive protein(CRP)(t=-4.796,P＜0.05),and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(t=-4.194,P＜0.05).The binary Logistic regression analysis showed that RA patients with high levels of selenoprotein P and CRP had an increased risk of the increase indisease activity(OR=1.286-1.368,P＜0.05).Conclusion Serum selenoprotein P is an independent risk factor for disease activity in patients with RA.关键词
