Endometrial adenofibroma:a case report and literature review
摘要
Abstract
Endometrial adenofibroma is a benign mixed tumor originating from the Mullerian duct,characterized by histo-logical benign features,difficult diagnosis,and high recurrence rate.This article analyzes the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,imaging findings,diagnosis,and treatment of this disease and performs a literature review,so as to provide help for understanding the characteristics of this disease and guiding clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
