摘要

Abstract

Based on the operation fault data of passenger car bogies in a depot from 2020 to 2022,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the common faults of the 209 bogie,lists the fault modes of each component by using the reliability analysis method FMECA,analyzes the causes of each fault mode,the fault influence degree and the grade of criticality,and draws each FMEA table on the basis of qualitative analysis.Then,the comprehensive scoring method is used to analyze the criticality of each fault mode,quantitatively analyze the fault mode and criticality of each part of the 209 bogie,and judge the fault mode with high criticality,so as to provide effective information for fault diagnosis and key inspection decision-making.
