山后矿区基于厚板理论的进路极限跨度设计研究OA

该文主要研究的是深部金属矿的采场设计问题.在开采过程中,进路宽度设计不合理会影响采矿效率,同时增加充填压力,因此合理的采场结构参数对于保证矿山的安全高效生产至关重要.为此,该文借助厚板理论,分析顶板拉应力分布状态,对山后矿区深度在-282~-500 m的多个中分段典型采场进行优化设计,得到各采场的极限跨度值.该研究的应用将为矿山的安全防护和工程参数优化提供可靠数据,为矿山深部安全开采提供技术支撑.

This paper mainly studies the stope design of deep metal mines.In the process of mining,the unreasonable design of route width will affect the mining efficiency and increase the filling pressure,so reasonable stope structure parameters are very important to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine.For this reason,with the help of thick plate theory,this paper analyzes the roof tensile stress distribution,optimizes the design of several typical stope with depth from-282m to-500m in Shanhou mining area,and obtains the limit span value of each stope.The application of this study will provide reliable data for mine safety protection and engineering parameter optimization,and provide technical support for deep safe mining.
