Using ASIC(Application-Specific Integrated Circuit)and 32-bit general MCU scheme,a kind of voltage monitor hardware system is designed with domestic microprocessor CKS32F407 as the core.This paper discusses the implementation scheme of the hardware system and carries out the selection of key components and hardware design,including power supply circuit,signal acquisition circuit,MCU microcontroller core circuit,local communication interface circuit,data storage circuit,real-time clock circuit,man-machine interface circuit and remote GPRS communication circuit.The experimental results show that the design of the hardware system is reasonable and the performance is stable.
