摘要

Abstract

In the past,there were some problems in the process of hydraulic support retraction in fully mechanized coal face,such as poor roof support effect,difficult support extraction and so on,resulting in frequent safety accidents and low retraction efficiency.In view of the above situation,a new type of integrated retraction equipment of hydraulic support support and retraction is innovatively designed,which includes retraction support,auxiliary support device,retraction device and so on.Each part is optimized according to the problems existing in the retraction process,which improves the overall efficiency and safety of the retraction operation.The integrated retraction equipment was applied in the retraction of hydraulic support in 8304 working face of Baodian Coal Mine of Yanzhou Coal Mine.The retraction of hydraulic support was successfully completed within 12 days.Compared with the previous retraction efficiency,the retraction efficiency was increased by 85%,the work efficiency was high,and the labor intensity of workers was effectively reduced,and the fully mechanized operation of hydraulic support retraction in fully mechanized mining face was realized.
