This paper mainly introduces the design scheme,selection basis and structure principle of India Train18 gangway.Through the methods of theoretical calculation,simulation analysis and experimental verification,the key components such as folding shed composition and roof composition are redesigned and modified,and a novel structure is obtained,thereby is suitable for rail vehicle crossing channel scheme with large distance and no coupler support.
