基于车身轻量化的玄武岩纤维汽车顶盖设计与分析

Abstract
Lightweight automobile can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also improve the safety and environmental protection performance of automobile.In order to study that the application of new composite basalt fiber in automobile parts can optimize the performance and reduce the quality,this paper uses basalt fiber composite to design the roof of one of automobile parts,and uses ABAQUS to simulate and analyze it,and compares its performance compared with other lightweight materials and metal materials.This analysis can provide a reference for the application of new composites in the design of automobile parts.关键词
