摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the maintenance level of the filter rod forming machine,the monitoring system uses the vibration sensor based on IO-link bus to monitor the vibration of the high-speed running parts of the equipment,and carries on the real-time analysis combined with the monitoring of motor current and equipment temperature,determines the fault location and cause,and predicts the technical status of each part.Through nearly a year of testing,the system can achieve"treatment",improve the accuracy of repair and scientific maintenance,and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
