PDCA在检验设备管理中的应用

Abstract
The development of hospital informatization and diversification puts forward new requirements for medical equipment management,which highlights the importance of medical equipment management.Among them,the fixed assets management of laboratory department is the key of medical equipment management.By analyzing the problems existing in the management of inspection equipment and adopting the method of PDCA cycle,this paper strengthens the management of medical inspection equipment from four aspects:making plan,implementing plan,inspection result,summary and analysis.Through the application of PDCA cycle method in the inspection equipment management,the equipment management ability of the laboratory is improved.关键词
