匝道桥单点连续顶推施工技术研究OA

顶推施工是桥梁上部施工常用的一种施工方法,具有跨越能力强、不影响桥下交通、适合高墩作业等优点.该文以某跨越既有高速公路匝道桥为例,介绍该桥吊装与单点连续顶推相结合的施工方法.在顶推过程中采取中轴线偏位、局部失稳、梁体竖向线形、应力监控、横向位移失稳和预拱度等控制措施,并对顶推过程进行受力分析计算,经计算,在顶推过程中导梁和钢箱梁强度、刚度满足要求,可以用于指导桥梁施工,并为类似桥梁施工提供参考.

Incremental launching method is a commonly used construction method in the upper part of the bridge,which has the advantages of strong spanning ability,not affecting the traffic under the bridge,suitable for high pier operation and so on.Taking the ramp bridge of an existing expressway as an example,this paper introduces the construction method of the combination of hoisting and single point continuous jacking of the bridge.In the process of jacking,some control measures are taken,such as central axis deviation,local instability,vertical alignment of beam,stress monitoring,lateral displacement instability,pre-camber and so on.The strength and stiffness of guide beam and steel box girder meet the requirements,thereby can be used to guide bridge construction and provide reference for similar bridge construction.
